Feeling Good and Gone Fishing

Feeling good and gone fishingWe all get busy and sometimes forget to pause and reflect on why we love our work. Today I’m reminded to share the story of a 16-year-old male who has had chronic pain issues for years with no improvements with many different practitioners.  We’ve  been able not only to decrease his pain and headaches, but also to improve his sleep, appetite, and mobility. Today he told me he’s returning to his favorite activity: fishing. His relief and joy make me so grateful to be a PRRT  and AAT  therapist.

Pain-Free Client Is New Fan of PRRT and AAT

A client asked me today how I got started using the techniques that have gotten him pain-free for the first time in 3 years. I explained that it’s been a process of research and discovery over the course of my career. I’d been looking for answers for chronic pain relief. I researched, studied, trained, and took numerous educational courses to find answers to some really tough cases.  I found that the two approaches that offer the quickest, most lasting relief are the cutting-edge approaches called PRRT (Primal Reflex Relief Technique) and AAT (Associative Awareness Technique). With these techniques, I’ve seen results I never thought I would see in my lifetime.

Please explore the resources on my web site, such as the 5-minute “Understanding Pain” video, recommended books, and resource links. You’ll find excellent information on Primal Reflex Relief Technique at the PRRT web site and there are some excellent new videos about AAT at the Wellness and Performance web site.
